- Please note that if you are considered a Client pursuant to the Client Agreement, then this Privacy Policy shall form part of the Client Agreement, as amended from time to time. Any capitalised term not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Client Agreement.

WHO ARE WE?
This privacy policy applies to the processing activities of i2brokerr LLC.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
If you are an actual or potential client, we may collect the following types of information about you:

We obtain this information in a number of ways through your use of our services or other dealings with us including through i2brokerr LLC website, platforms, the account opening applications, our demo sign-up Forms, subscribing to news updates and from information provided in the course of ongoing client service Correspondence.

Please note that the use of your personal information by external third parties who act as data controllers of your personal information is not covered by this privacy policy and is not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.

HOW DO WE STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FOR HOW LONG?

We hold personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records and take steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
